Return Process

  Log into your Tiktrove account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
